Transaction freeze in Workday beginning May 13

M&P compensation review-related transaction freeze in Workday coming up between May 13-24.

The implementation for the M&P compensation review is currently underway, with a target completion date of May 31. To facilitate this mass implementation process, please complete or cancel any outstanding salary-related transactions in Workday by May 13 (e.g. Compensation Change, Change Job), and avoid entering new salary-related transactions until May 24 for employees in the classifications that are changing pay grades. This will ensure that the data is accurate for employees and that transactions are loaded successfully.

Department Administrators will receive a spreadsheet from the Compensation team at Central HR with changes denoted for each eligible M&P staff member in the faculty/department. The spreadsheet will be sent on May 7
