You will learn from Rich Fernandez, the CEO of Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI). Rich is a trained psychologist and received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and M.A. in Organizational Psychology both from Columbia University. Over the years, he worked with Google, eBay, J.P. Morgan Chase and Bank of America in people and leadership development.
