Relocation

Faculty members and senior management staff may be eligible to receive relocation funding as outlined in Relocation Policy #82 as well as what is stated in your offer letter. The amount you may be eligible for depends on how many people are moving with you and from where. This information can be found by looking at UBC’s Central Contribution Fund. The designated relocation and moving vendor is called Quality Move Management. To assist in facilitating the move with QMM, it is important to fill out the contact and information form prior to arranging your move.

If you are not eligible to UBC funding for relocation, UBC offers preferred rates to all newcomers through QMM.
