The Work-Life and Relocation Services Centre is a friendly gathering place to help you access a central repository of information and support. The ‘concierge-style’ service can help you settle quickly into your new home so you can get on with living. The Centre can offer assistance and support with a wide range of services to help you balance work and life.

UBC’s Quick Start Orientation

Our Quick Start Orientation is a self-service orientation that enables new hires to access information with a few mouse clicks from their office desktop – either in their new office or anywhere in the world. Your generated results will be delivered to you immediately online. You’ll be able to find out how to get to campus by car or bus, where to eat on campus, the location of your office building and parking lots, a list of employee perks, and more!

University Wide Orientations

University-Wide orientations are available through faculty and staff orientation. For research related orientations visit the Office of Vice President, Research for the Vancouver campus and Research Services for the Okanagan campus.
