Housing

Vancouver and Kelowna are both composed of a mosaic of diverse neighbourhoods. Depending on your personal needs, there are neighbourhoods around campus that offer various lifestyles and amenities to suit.

The cost of rental varies greatly depending on the location, size, age and condition of the home. The usual practice is to pay half of a month’s rent up front as a damage deposit that will be given back to you at the end of your rental agreement as long as you leave the place clean and well maintained.

If you are looking into buying, there are a variety of housing options for purchase, including single-family homes, apartments, condominiums and townhouses.

Please see Housing in Vancouver or Housing in Kelowna for more information.
