Staff Finders is a division of the Human Resources department at UBC. Staff Finders provides UBC units and associated hospitals with skilled, professional staff at all levels of expertise.
Staff Finders maintains an active roster of temporary employees:

• Administrative and Secretarial

• Clinical Secretarial
• Management and Professional

In 2011, Staff Finders made over 1,010 placements at UBC and its associated hospitals. Our employees are placed on temporary assignments for positions that need to be filled for reasons such as special projects, vacation relief, sick leave, maternity / paternity leaves and job vacancies.
