Further to our memos of Aug. 11, 2011, and Jan. 23, 2013, we are preparing for the implementation of the 2011 Compensation Review of M&P jobs at UBC.

In order to help answer questions around the Compensation Review for both M&P staff and HR Administrators, we have prepared a backgrounder and web content, available on the HR Website, to answer your questions. Included in the FAQs are some sample situations, to help you understand what is happening with the Compensation Review, and how you and your department may be impacted.

At this time, we plan to have the new salaries implemented in HRMS in time for the April 15, 2013, pay cheque. If we experience any changes to this timeline, we will communicate those with the community.
