Team Development

Team Building

Team building examines and improves work-group’s effectiveness. It provides an opportunity for the group as a whole to analyze its functioning, performance, strengths and weaknesses. Team building identifies problem areas of team behaviour and corrective actions to be taken.

New Team Development

New team development accelerates the processes by which individual group members coordinate efforts and become an efficient and effective team.

Team Goal Setting

Team goal setting allows a unit to generate goals and a related action plan to which a work group is committed as a team. Team goal setting clarifies the team’s mission and related accountabilities, minimizing role confusion and focusing group energy. Goal setting helps to ensure a high level of group interaction and cohesiveness.
