Process Streamlining (PS) is a structured methodology involving a step-by-step approach, resulting in bottom-line success for your clients and staff.

Who Can Use Process Streamlining?

Departments and faculties who:

  • have experienced declining customer satisfaction levels or an increase in customer complaints
  • have overworked employees who are facing endless backlogs and overtime, preventing them from being productive and creating low morale
  • are struggling with moving away from manual processes and moving to an integrated technology model
  • are growing faster than their salary budget and need assistance in managing the increasing workload and responsibilities

What Can You Expect When Using Process Streamlining?

We’ll work with you during the preliminary interviews to provide more information on how Process Streamlining can help your department and identify the best strategy for you through brainstorming.

We will provide support in facilitating the overall project by putting together a Project Streamlining team dedicated to working on these goals and assist with writing a report and creating a project plan. Lastly, we will continue to provide support in the implementation of the plan.
