Organizational Development and Learning offers service solutions in three general categories – for the Individual, for the Team, and for the Organization. Individual services include, for example, individual learning opportunities, such as those offered through our MOST program; one-on-one coaching services; and mediation services to address interpersonal conflict. Solutions for the Team include such services as performance management consulting and group needs assessments – interventions designed to enhance team cohesion and performance.
