 UBC will be performing full system maintenance Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013 at 7:00 a.m., to Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. HRMS will not be available during this time, including HRMS Live, e-Recruit, Self-Service, and Position Management.

If, due to the system shutdown, your application cannot be submitted as a result of the posting closing on these dates, please contact Advisory Services at 604-822-8111 to receive assistance.

Previous Bulletins

UBC will be performing full system maintenance from Friday, Aug. 10, 2012, from 12:00 p.m., to Tuesday, Aug. 14, by 7:00 a.m. HRMS will not be available during this time, including HRMS Live, e-Recruit, Self-Service, and Position Management. HRMS Reporting will continue to be available during the maintenance time.

All job postings will be extended for two (2) business days after the maintenance period.

UBC IT will be performing system maintenance Wednesday, April 11, 2012 from 6am to 9:30am. HRMS will not be available during this time including HRMS live, e-Recruit, self-service and Careers. HRMS Reporting will continue to be available.

UBC IT performing System Maintenance on Friday, July 8, 2011, from 5pm to 6pm
Our external careers sites will be unavailable during this time. The internal career site will be available via Faculty & Staff Self-Service.

UBC IT will be performing Server Maintenance Saturday, August 7, 2010 from 7am to 3:30pm
Finance and HR services not available during this time include FMS live, HRMS (including live, e-Recruit and self-service), enterprise portal (MSP and self-service), FMS training, and HRMS training.
