Position Management Quick Help Guide for Approvers

Position Management is used to define positions that are used to post jobs.

Follow these steps:

  • Click on the transaction hyperlink on the Worklist page
  • Visit all the tabs to see position details
  • Return to the Approvals tab
  • Provide comments to the initiator or the next approver via the comments field
  • Approve or push back the position
  • Return to the Worklist when done
