Update Your UBC Wireless Connection by May 9

Update Your UBC Wireless Connection by May 9

Important changes are coming to UBC’s wireless connection (ubcsecure, eduroam, and ubcprivate) which will impact faculty, staff, and students at both UBC Vancouver and Okanagan campuses, and hospital sites.

UBC faculty, staff and students must download and run AutoConnect on all their desktop and all mobile devices by May 9 to ensure uninterrupted WiFi access on campus.

Instructions to download AutoConnect can be found on it.ubc.ca/autoconnect.

Android users will be able to renew after May 9 as they are unable to run concurrent network set-up.
