The January 2014 HR Studio will be on Manager/HR Professionals Role in Supporting Career Navigation. Your facilitator will be Pooja Khandelwal (Career Transition Consultant, HR). We still have some spots available for registration. Thank you to those who have already registered.

Summary

Every professional has career aspirations and when combined with working at one of BC’s top employers and an organization as large as UBC, the need is only heightened!  HR Studios kick off the New Year with an interactive session on Manager/HR Professionals Role in Supporting Career Navigation. Some outcomes of this studio will be to:

  • Enable participants to support open career- conversations while encouraging individual responsibility for career development
  • Enhance understanding of some organizational  mechanisms supporting career navigation
