Not Myself Today (NMT) is a national workplace mental health initiative that aims to build greater awareness, reduce stigma, and foster safe and supportive culture. In your role as a manager/administrator, you can become a NMT partner to champion mental health and wellbeing in your department or unit.
When you register as a NMT partner, you will receive access to toolkits and resources that you can use to inspire positive mental health in the workplace. This year, NMT is offering themed modules to help participants focus their workplace mental health efforts.
Each year, NMT kicks off during Thrive at UBC, an annual event to help everyone at UBC discover their path to mental health. Thrive is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and the Not Myself Today initiative is an excellent way to get involved with Thrive.
