Mindfulness@Work is a six-week in-person evidence-based training that will help you to reduce stress, cultivate physical and mental health, and promote your wellbeing. Mindfulness@Work specifically focuses on integrating the practice of mindfulness in the workplace to promote effectiveness, teamwork, and improved communication.
Program dates: April 10, 18, 24, May 1, 8, May 15: 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. There is also a mandatory day-long retreat on Saturday, May 6, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Cost: $100 registration fee (eligible for PD funding)
