Mindfulness@Work is a six-week in-person program that will help you reduce stress, cultivates physical and mental health, and promotes wellbeing. Mindfulness@Work specifically focuses on integrating the practice of mindfulness in the workplace to promote effectiveness, teamwork, and improved communication.
Registration is now open for the Fall (starting Nov. 7) and Spring (starting April 10) programs. The cost for the program is $100/person. Staff & faculty may be able to access their professional development funds for this program.
