This year, Thrive is Oct. 31-Nov. 4. We are seeking department partners to put on events and to support the conversations around mental health and wellbeing for students, staff and faculty.
What is Thrive?
Thrive is a campus-wide initiative designed to promote building positive mental health for all students, faculty and staff. Thrive is also a week-long series of events and this year marks the eighth annual Thrive week at UBC.
Ways to Get Involved (Vancouver campus)
Participate in the Not Myself Today Campaign
Not Myself Today is a campaign focused on helping workplaces achieve a better understanding of mental health while reducing stigma. This partnership is designed to provide departments with a ready-made and easy-to-use action plan for participating in Thrive Week. Join us in celebrating diversity, community and respect as colleagues at UBC.
Host a Thrive Event or Help Promote Thrive week
If your department or faculty would like to host a special Thrive event and/or assist in the promotion of Thrive, please register as a 2016 Thrive partner.
Incorporate Thrive in the Classroom
