|Relationship-Oriented Coaching Summer Institute (18 CCEs)
Instructor: Graeme Coetzer, PhD
Learn a progressive model of engagement that begins with the basic elements of authentic engagement and mutual inquiry, and extends into the more complex dynamics of pattern recognition, negotiation, conflict management and the systemic approach to managing relational change.
