    I would like to comment that there are significant delays in processing PeopleSoft applications and this has been the case for at least 6 years that I have been at UBC. Today, a UBC IT person advised me that there are only TWO people who can process applications for PeopleSoft Access (FMS Live) for the whole university. I am not sure why this is the case since UBC Point Grey has over 15,000 employees alone (setting aside 55,000 students here). We have temporary employees who are granted access and only have a couple of days left in their assignment, which then is inefficient as we hired them for data entry purposes only.
