For the HR community of practice
Please note: The last issue of HR Networks had a typo in the RSVP email address. We apologize for this error. Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to RSVP for this HR Studio.
Additionally, due to the holiday weekend preceding this Tuesday, we will be starting this session at 10:00 a.m. and will run until 12:00 p.m.
The April 22, 2014, HR Studio will focus on Recruiting at UBC, and is directed at those who have experience in recruiting faculty and staff at UBC, and who would like to have input on how recruiting looks going forward.
Summary: The Outstanding Work Environment commitment in Place & Promise articulates UBC’s strategic goal to be the place of choice for outstanding faculty and staff. In order to support this commitment, UBC Human Resources has established a project to focus on updating web-based recruiting tools for faculty and staff as well as creating a recruitment vision and strategy for the University.
The April HR Network Studio will be an occasion for the community to contribute to the evolution of recruitment at UBC. In this two-hour workshop you will receive an overview of the Recruiting at UBC project and the opportunity for you to share your thoughts and feedback on how you experience recruiting for UBC.
