Health, Wellbeing and Benefits (UBC Human Resources) is offering an upcoming Mindfulness@Work program for UBC faculty and staff. Mindfulness@Work is an educational program modelling Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – an evidence-based training that reduces stress, cultivates physical and mental health and promotes wellbeing. Mindfulness@Work specifically focuses on integrating the practice of mindfulness in the workplace to promote effectiveness, teamwork, and communication. This six-week program begins in early March.
