UBC has identified career navigation as an important resource for UBC employees.

We have lunched a new Career Navigation site to assist employees to create a personalized career development plan, to  provide a step-by-step process to map your career, set new goals and move forward. By planning what you where you want to go and how you will get there, the Career Navigation site will assist you to reach your career destination.
