For HR Administrators

Between Nov. 1-18, faculty and staff will have the opportunity to share their experience ant UBC by participating in the 2011 Workplace Experiences Survey. The survey includes a variety of questions in areas such as opportunities for advancement, leadership, workloads, and change in the workplace. There are also faculty-specific questions that look at tenure and promotion and teaching and research support.

Resource materials for administrators are now available on our WES site, http://www.focusonpeople.ubc.ca/workplace-experiences-survey. The website will be the online hub for all Workplace Experiences Survey information and resources. During the survey period, it will also provide the direct link to the survey which is hosted on Ipsos Reid’s server to protect confidentiality and anonymity.
