The Working Mind is a Mental Health Commission of Canada, evidence-based workplace training program aimed at increasing mental health literacy for managers, supervisors, deans, and department heads.

Participants will enhance their awareness to reduce stigma and negative attitudes around mental health challenges, have a better understanding of mental health and wellbeing, be able to promote mental health in the workplace, and gain confidence, tools and resources to support employees.
