Those caring for loved ones, parents with kids at home, and those adjusting to the shift to remote work, and those struggling with anxiety and worry; we are all in this together.
Experiencing worry and concern during uncertain times is a normal and expected reaction. Having too much anxiety, however, can cause harm and take a toll on your health and wellbeing. Support your mental health while protecting your physical health – as well as your family’s health – by taking initiative to maintain your wellbeing.
