Optimize your computer work environment to improve comfort and reduce the risk of injury. This one-hour tutorial combines a presentation and a practical session, giving you hands-on experience adjusting typical office equipment. Mental Health First Aid, a two-day, evidence-based workshop aims to improve mental health literacy by providing the skills and knowledge to help better manage potential or developing mental health problems in the self, a family member, a friend or a colleague. Learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health problems, be able to provide initial support to a person who may be developing a mental health problem or is experiencing a crisis, and be prepared to guide a person towards professional help.
