    Re Myth 1: So what’s all the hype about Coconut Oil as a healthy thing? I’ve been using Nativa organic refined because it has a high tolerance to heat, and cooks clean. But per tablespoon it contains 13 grams of saturated fat and 65% Daily Value. This can’t be a good thing.

    Would love to get an answer from you about this.
