Birdcoop supports the AMS Food Bank: Dec 1-15
Come and enjoy a free boot camp, cycle fit, be fit class or a workout with a non-perishable food donation from Dec. 1 – 15, 2015, at the Birdcoop Fitness Centre in the Student Recreation Centre.

30 Day Online Mindfulness Pilot: Registration open now
The 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge is an online training focused on reducing stress, while increasing joy and peak performance in all areas of life including leadership, interpersonal communication, conflict management, and decision-making in the workplace.
