Join the Pick Your Peak Stair Challenge! Register by May 20
Climb your way to better health! This is a fun and inclusive way to encourage staff and faculty to use the stairs. Stair climbing is a great way to boost cardiovascular health, build muscle and strengthen the core. Grab some teammates and challenge yourself to a 4 week climb to the peak of your choice. Runs May 25-June 19, 2015.
