Healthy Workplace Initiatives Program Fund

The Healthy Workplace Initiatives Program fund is available to UBC departments, units and operational committees to support healthy workplace initiatives and share examples of good practice.

The fund is part of the Focus on People Framework strategy #1 “To develop a sustainable, healthy workplace.”

This competition typically funds applications totalling less than $5,000.  Applications in excess of this amount are considered if highly adherent to the criteria. Review previous recipients.

The next round of HWIP Funding will be awarded in Spring, 2012, with applications due April 13, 2012.  Please review the criteria for HWIP Funding: HWIP Criteria- Spring 2012

In order to apply for funding, please fill out the HWIP Application form: HWIP Application Form- Spring 2012

A workshop to help departments/units successfully apply will be held on Wednesday, March 7 from 12:00-1:00 pm in Room 234 of the General Services Administration Building. Registration is required and will be announced in the March Healthy UBC Newsletter (click here to subscribe for the newsletter.)
