Congratulations to our Amazing Race grand prize winners the Lovely Liu Ladies of the Liu Institute for Global Issues.
Our Grand Prize winners have a choice of one of the following for their workplace:
Staff and faculty compete in teams to earn points for activities in all five dimensions of wellness: physical activity, nutrition, intellectual, psychological and social/community. These could include anything from eating fruits and vegetables to completing a Sudoku puzzle. You may already be completing some of the included activities on a daily basis.
Individual team members log points in our online system and the system tally’s these points along with the points for your entire team. There are weekly newsletters with bonus activities that will be sent to all participants each week with additional opportunities to collect points.
Why not join your colleagues in a challenge to improve health and wellness among staff and faculty?
If you are interested in participating or becoming a Team Captain, email Miranda Massie.
