Recharge after a hectic weekend with a moderately paced walk around campus. This group is appropriate for all levels and covers mostly flat paths with some small hills. 
Get your heart rate up and get excited for your weekend ahead. This group is open to all levels but take note that it will be faster paced with stairs and hills incorporated.
No need to sign up just meet your group leader outside of the General Services Administration Building (GSAB) at 12:30pm on Mondays or 12:00pm on Fridays. Groups will leave approximately 10 minutes after the assigned meeting time.
In the event that we are unable to provide a group leader we will post an announcement on the Healthy UBC Blog; however we strongly encourage you to walk on!
