Career Pathing Framework

UBC has identified career pathing as an important resource for UBC employees. We are working towards developing online career pathing tools for all UBC employees, which will allow individuals to chart their own path for career advancement or career change.

A pilot career framework is being launched for IT professionals in the Department of Information Technology, the Centre for Teaching & Academic Growth, MedIT, and Okanagan IT. Please visit the IT Career Framework  site for more information.
