Job Reclassification Process: CUPE 2950

If a CUPE 2950 employee contends that the classification of his/her job is no longer appropriately classified, he/she may request a review of the job.

As per the memo dated April 6, 2009, the University and CUPE 2950 have agreed to the ongoing reclassification request process, which is outlined in Article 31.06 of the Collective Agreement.
