Since its pilot year in 2001, UBC 1-on-1 Professional Coaching Services has coached over a hundred UBC faculty and staff a year, and received two prestigious awards:

• the 2004/2005 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Prism Award for excellence in business achievement through coaching
• the 2006 Canadian Association of University Business Officers (CAUBO) National Quality and Productivity Award

Any UBC employee can have free access to an Accredited Coach,  by following this simple 4-step process.

When you enter our portal to register, we ask you to select up to three Coaches, with whom you will have preliminary interviews to assess fit. See How to Select a Coach for help on selecting your potential Coach.
