The Management Systems Portal will be down Nov. 25-26 for maintenance, and will be unavailable for the entire weekend.
MSP will go offline Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. and be back up no later than Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. Once completed, there will be no change to MSP functionality, but you will notice minor cosmetic changes to MSP screens.
Job applicants will not be able to access the internal jobs posting boards during the maintenance window. The external job posting boards will remain accessible.
We recommend that in order to retain internal rights/status, current employees and recall candidates apply for jobs before the Nov. 25 cut-off. Applicants who need to apply over the weekend outage period should apply through the external jobs boards, and email/call the HR Service Centre on Monday, Nov. 27, to ensure that your external application is linked to your internal employee profile. You will need to provide the following information to link a job via firstname.lastname@example.org:
- the job ID number
- your first and last names
- your employee number
If you are applying for a job with UBC Food Services (Vancouver campus), please email your application to SHHS.email@example.com for jobs that close Nov. 25-26 only.
Internal applications for jobs that close after Nov. 26 must be made through the regular internal job application site to receive full consideration.
