Job Postings, Self-Service unavailable Feb. 23-24, 2013

UBC will be performing HRMS system maintenance from 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, to Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at 11:59 p.m.

HRMS, our HR management system, will not be available during this time. This includes:

All job postings (for internal and external applicants)
Self-Service (for current employees)

Job applicants will not be able to apply for jobs during the outage, either through our careers page or through self-service. You will be able to view the full listing of job descriptions on our staff careers page in PDF form.

Job Postings, Self-Service, HRMS unavailable Aug. 10-14/12

UBC will be performing full HRMS system maintenance from Friday, Aug. 10, 2012, from 12:00 p.m., to Tuesday, Aug. 14, by 7:00 a.m.

HRMS, our HR management system, will not be available during this time. This includes:

All job postings (for internal and external applicants)
Self-Service (for current employees)
HRMS Live
e-Recruit
Position Management

HRMS Reporting will continue to be available during the maintenance time.

Job applicants will not be able to apply for jobs during the outage, either through our careers page or through self-service. Job posting close dates will be extended to match the length of the down time. Posting close dates will be updated when the system resumes operations.

Careers and Self-Service maintenance, April 11, 6:00-9:30am

UBC IT will be performing system maintenance Wednesday, April 11, 2012, 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. HRMS will not be available during this time including HRMS live, e-Recruit, self-service and Careers. HRMS Reporting will continue to be available.

This includes all of our career application portals. Please return after 9:30 a.m. to complete your job application at UBC.

UPDATE: Careers site maintenance postponed

Our planned systems maintenance on our internal careers application site has been postponed until later this fall. The system will work as usual on Sept. 27, 2011.

Pension Websites Offline for Maintenance: Mar 24/11

The Staff and Faculty Pension Plan websites will be offline between 2 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, March 24, 2011 for scheduled maintenance work. During this time, myPension services will be unavailable as well.

UBC IT will be performing System Maintenance Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Human Resources services not available during this time include HRMS live, e-Recurit (including internal and external job postings), Self-Service, Enterprise Portal (MSP), HRMS Training, and HRMS Reporting.

The Human Resources website (http://www.hr.ubc.ca) will otherwise be available during this time.
