Vacation entitlements for employee groups at UBC are based on University policy and the employee group’s collective agreement. See also University Policy #56, Vacations – Non-Union and M&P Staff (PDF).
| 1 to 5 years of service | 15 days (112.5 hours) |
| 6 to 8 years of service | 20 days (150.0 hours) |
| 9 to 14 years of service | 25 days (187.5 hours) |
| 15 years of service | 26 days (195.0 hours) |
| 16 years of service | 27 days (202.5 hours) |
| 17 years of service | 28 days (210.0 hours) |
| 18 years of service | 29 days (217.5 hours) |
| 19 or more years of service | 30 days (225.0 hours) |
The maximum vacation carry-over allowed for Farm Workers is two weeks.
