| 1st calendar year | 1.25 days or 8.75 hours per full calendar month |
| 2nd to 4th year | 3 weeks or 105 hours |
| 5th to 7th year | 4 weeks or 140 hours |
| 8th year and beyond | 5 weeks or 175 hours (in addition to this entitlement, on the 14th calendar year, 1 day or 7 hours is added for each additional year of service, up to a maximum of 5 additional days, or 35 hours) |
The maximum vacation carry-over allowed for Executive Administrative staff is two weeks.
