|1st calendar year||1.25 days or 8.75 hours per full calendar month|
|2nd to 4th year||3 weeks or 105 hours|
|5th to 7th year||4 weeks or 140 hours|
|8th year and beyond||5 weeks or 175 hours (in addition to this entitlement, on the 14th calendar year, 1 day or 7 hours is added for each additional year of service, up to a maximum of 5 additional days, or 35 hours)|
The maximum vacation carry-over allowed for Executive Administrative staff is two weeks.
