Vacation Entitlement for BCGEU Okanagan

1st year	20 working days (pro rated if less than full year’s service)
2nd to 6th year	20 working days
7th to 9th year	26 working days
10th to 14th year	27 working days
15th to 19th year	28 working days
20th to 24th year	29 working days
25th year and beyond	30 working days

The maximum vacation carry-over allowed for BCGEU staff is 10 days with supervisor’s approval.
