Vacation Entitlement for BCGEU Childcare

1st calendar year	1.66 days per calendar month
2nd to 4th year	4 weeks
5th year and beyond	1 extra day per year, up to a total of 5 additional days. The maximum vacation entitlement is 5 weeks.
