Income Replacement Plan and Disability Benefit Plan

UBC employees have access to long-term disability plans. The Income Replacement Plans (IRP) and Disability Benefit Plans (DBP) are available to all employee groups. The plans are employee-funded plans that provides you with a monthly income if you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to illness or injury.
