New faculty and staff

Welcome to UBC!

When it comes to your benefits programs, our team believes there are “benefits of knowing”. Life’s transitions can happen quickly and awareness of how and where to look for information will ensure you make the most of your benefits programs.

To help support your life and make sure you have the information you need, we have put in place a number of resources for you to use. Whether it is online and print resources, or a direct connection to a HR professional, we are working to make your program information easier to understand and access.

  • ENROLING IN UBC BENEFITS

Upon your start at UBC, you will need to enrol in your associated benefits programs.  Benefits plans differ slightly depending on which employee group you belong to. If you’re not sure which employee group you belong to, please click here.

You can fill out your enrolment forms electronically through the HR website – click here to fill out your forms through the online system. To help simplify the process, attached is a PDF file of a “step-by-step” guide to help navigate the process. However, if at any time you have questions about your enrolment, please call us on 604-822.8111.  Enrol in Your Benefits Programs.
