In 2002, Sun Life became UBC’s benefits plan provider. As part of our best practices, and in response to concerns raised by the University’s unions and associations, UBC’s Department of Human Resources recently undertook a comprehensive review of Sun Life’s services.
The results of the review are now available in a report, released today.
