Evolving Family Needs

Every day, our families, both big and small, are steady reminders that the one constant in life is change.

Perhaps you are providing for children or aging parents. Or maybe you are going through difficult changes in your marital status. Whatever your home dynamic, UBC Benefits offers a range of programs for faculty and staff and their families to manage their life at home.

Benefits plans differ slightly depending on which employee group you belong to. If you’re not sure which employee group you belong to, click here.

  • Making Changes to your Benefits Programs

Sometimes you may need to change your benefits plans including adding or removing dependents, changing your life insurance beneficiary designation, or altering your level of financial protection within your plan. Generally, you’ll need to submit the appropriate form to initiate the process – click on the Benefits Forms navigation button to the right to download the form for your needs.

  • Extended Health Care
