Life is full of personal challenges, and sometimes to get through them we need to take time away from our work.
Maybe you are thinking of starting a family, or need some time to care for an ailing family member. Regardless of the reason, UBC Benefits offer programs that can support you as you prepare for your leave from work and ease the transition upon your return.
Benefits plans differ slightly depending on which employee group you belong to. If you’re not sure which employee group you belong to, click here.
