Retirement & Survivor Benefits (RSB) Program
The RSB program is made up of three benefits plan: Extended Health, Dental, and Employee & Family Assistance Program and is available to UBC faculty and staff members who retire or leave UBC for any reason after age 55. Surviving spouse or dependents of UBC employees who were eligible for benefits and have passed away at any age may also be eligible for the RSB program. Learn more

Employee and Family Assistance Program
This program provides confidential, self-referred counseling or other assistance to help resolve problems that affect your personal life and in some cases, job performance including pre-retirement planning and transition to retirement. Coverage extends to family members, such as your dependent children and parents, who are financially dependent on you and reside with you.
