Applicant Information Y For current UBC employees, it is best to enter their employee ID number in the EmplID field. This ensures that the applicant is prioritized accurately, especially if they are recall or placement. If you enter an employee ID, the Applicant Type field will default automatically to Employee.
Legal Name Y Y If you provide an employee ID, this information will automatically populate from existing HRMS data. Update it if it is out of date or incomplete. Otherwise, complete it manually.
Address Y Y If you provide an employee ID, this information will automatically populate from existing HRMS data. Update it if it is out of date or incomplete. Otherwise, complete it manually.
Email Addresses Y Y If you provide an employee ID, this information will automatically populate from existing HRMS data. Update it if it is out of date or incomplete. Otherwise, complete it manually.
Phone Numbers Y Y If you provide an employee ID, this information will automatically populate from existing HRMS data. Update it if it is out of date or incomplete. Otherwise, complete it manually.
